1 cake yeast
1 cup lukewarm milk
2 Tablespoon lukewarm water
2 1/2 pts. sifted flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2     "     mace
