On her death certificate she was Carrie Beth Adams, born 19 Jul 1944 in Texarkana, Arkansas, to Wm. Charles Adams and Bennie Estel Daniels. She died 23 Mar 1959 in Baylor Hospital, Dallas, Dallas, Texas of cerebral contusion with compound fracture of the skull. Injury was the result of an auto accident at 7 PM, 21 Mar 1959.
