Census: Her will was written in November 1956. In it she left everything to her daughter. There is a letter which she wrote to her daughter early in 1957. There is a notice of taking proofs of heirship and to creditors in regard to her estate which was dated October 30, 1957. Apparently she died between the date of the letter and October 30, 1957, probably shortly before the latter date. In 1930 she and her second husband were living in Chicago (see James Adell census information), but the children were not with them. Where were they? They took their step-father's name, so why are they not with her? The date of birth on her tombstone and the date of birth in her obituary do not agree.
