Her death certificate said her usual place of abode was Precinct # 4, 3 miles S. E. of Placid, Texas. It was on a farm. She was married. The date of birth appears to be 8 Feb 1886 rather than 3 Feb 1886. There is a defect in the printing of the number 8, but it still appears to be that number. She was aged 72. Her father was Elias Joseph Sandifer Lee, and her mother was Antionette Blocker. Mrs. W. M. Creech was the informant. She was a housewife. She died of uremia lasting a week. She was buried 26 Aug 1958 in Placid Cemetery, McCulloch County, Texas.
