Hotel Plaza, Havana, Cuba is listed as the complete name and address of friend or nearest relative in country from whence he came. When asked if he ever lived in the U. S. he said 1918 in N, O. (Note: commas seem to take the place of initials in this record.) He was going to join his wife Zulika Adam in Mexia, Texas. The length of stay was indef., but 2 mos. was written above that. He was in good health. He was 5 ft. 11 in. He had dark hair and complexion and black eyes. He had no marks of identification. He was born in Mauritus, Curspia.

On 8 Feb 1924, his wife Zuleika is mentioned in the The Mexia Daily News as about to leave to go to Paris, France to visit the family of her deceased husband. It said that friends would recall that she had buried him in South America.

He worked for Cuba Cane Sugar Corp. His nearest relative was Zulika Corley Adam, 500(?) West 121st, New York, N. Y., N. Y. He was tall, slender, blue gray eyes, and brown hair. He had no defects.
