Shared note	(Medical):She was injured due to a fall in a friend's yard in Childress on 5 Feb 1964. Apparently the injuries contributed to her death several months later. There appears to have been a fracture of a femur at the time of the injury. Four months prior to her death there appears to have been decubitus with some mention of ulcers of some kind. It is hard to decipher the entire cause of death.
