Following his death, it appears that in the estate settlement, Julia A. Brown was listed as grantor. Three entities were listed as beneficiary/trustee. They were Olympic Peninsula Title Company, Thomas J. Taylor-TR, and Gloria V. Taylor. This information was found in OLYMPIC PENINSULA TITLE COMPANY - TAYLOR, THOMAS J-TR - TAYLOR, GLORIA V-TR - et al. - Clallam Land Records , in the record series, Clallam County on the Washington State Archive Digital Archives website. The recording date was 14 Jul 1998. The auditor file number was 1998-1012340. The document type was reconveyance. They were trustees of the Taylor family living trust dated 21 Apr 1994. It appears to be a conveyance of following the fulfillment of all requirements of a deed of trust.

It appears that Gloria V. was his wife, since she was living in the same house according to the U. S. Public Records Index. She apparently predeceased him. She is also listed on a quitclaim deed when they set up the Taylor Family Trust, 10 Jun 1994. She was Gloria Victoria Taylor, wife of Thomas J. Taylor. This would definitely confirm their relationship as husband and wife.
