In Jan 1855, Henry K. Brown requested that Thomas W. Fuquay (?) of Sevier County, Arkansas be made the guardian of Agnes and her sister Sarah Tollett

In Jan 1859, Delia Fuquay requested to be made her guardian. She had a small estate of about $400.

She was named as a defendant in a suit in 1855 attempting to stop the sale of some slaves by the David Tollett estate.
