There is a Harris G. Massey on the 1930 census for Navarro Co., TX. He is shown as 41, married to Eyla 38, with son Oley (?) 16, and another son Archie B. 10. He and Oley(?). He and Oley are both engaged as farmers. (information supplied by James Daniel, from 1930 Census for Justice Precint 3, Navarro Co., TX, sheet 209, Enum. date 24 Apr 1930, family 424, obtained at Ancestry.com.) This shows Harris born in TX and his father born in MS, mother born in GA. His wife and children are shown as born in TX as well as Eyla's parents. If this is the correct family, there is some very inaccurate information in this census. Further research needed.
